Campaign Overview

Namaskaram. We are celebrating some personal milestones.  We are very grateful to have each other and thankful for what we have.

We thought a meaningful way to celebrate is to support The Akshaya Patra Foundation – an NGO in India that runs the largest midday meal program for underprivileged children in the world. They run this very efficiently at the cost of approx. INR 1,100 per child per year or USD 15/child/year. We want to help them set up a community kitchen in Anantapur in our home state in India and are making an initial donation of 50%. We hope to launch an effort to support around 10,000 children with access to midday meals at their government schools.
