Akshaya Patra aired in Rocky and Mayur’s Food Xpres

The Akshaya Patra Foundation was aired in Living Foodz on 27 September 2015. The show was presented in Rocky and Mayur’s Food Xpress. Prominent televisions artists Rocky Singh and Mayur Sharma visited the Vasanthapura kitchen and were given a tour around the kitchen. The hosts were exited in joining hands with the staff in cooking rice and sambar and also helped in the loading process. They visited a beneficiary school and interacted with the students about the mid-day meals. They were happy to serve the beneficiaries.  The show featured about the history of the Foundation and also the technical aspects of the programme including the high health and hygiene standards maintained, and the Public-Private Partnership model implemented.
