First published in 1990, the 20^th edition of this book was released in March 2009 by famed Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan. Akshaya Patra entered the book as 'the world's largest school meal programme'. Today, we feed over 1.39 million (13.9 lakh) children in 22 locations across India, while also creating employment for hundreds of women through our decentralised kitchen model. View certificate
